What’s your opinion towards working from home? Since few companies have already started allowing employees to work from the office and few companies continuing to go ahead with work from home, what’s your perception?

Work from is of course different for each one of us. Companies not considering that we have a personal life and us unable to balance work and personal life. It’s tough according to me.

For many jobs, working from home was a massive relief. However, nothing in this universe is flawless, and no device can fully fulfill all needs.

We might not know who our team members. This is especially tough for new joiners. Also, the stress is too much since balancing our life becomes challenging. In-office we will have our own space. But I guess the flexibility in terms of working is better at home.

Since I am unable to focus, I must extend my shift every day and work 10–11 hours to complete my work. Which I used to complete in my office in 8 hours.

You are stress free and do not have to hurry to get to work on time. I occasionally get up at 9:45 a.m. and then have a meeting call at 10:00 a.m. 😀

Working from home threw my whole morning routine off. When I used to drive to work, I’d get up at 6 a.m., finish my chores, workout, and be ready to leave by 9 a.m. I don’t wake up as early as I used to. I haven’t done any workouts in the last week.

If you work in Bangalore, Mumbai, or any metropolitan cities you would understand that commute to work is really tough. That’s avoided due to work from home.

It feels like we are always at home. Although there are both pros and cons, there’s fun in enjoying those little things like street food, getting office breaks for chit-chats and coffee, etc…
